Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Log into your account or email us at returns@westnaari.com with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Amount is credited to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your bank account. Exchange requests are subject to availability.
